Kalyan Jewellers, a leading public limited jewellery retailer with 12,000+ employees and 300+ showrooms across multiple countries, needed to digitise their retail operations and improve store-level efficiency across all branches.

We built an end-to-end digital transformation suite on Frappe/ERPNext: a custom jewellery POS & ERP, DATIM (day opening/closing management), a Client Teling CRM for walk-in customers, and a Universal Authentication Resolver across all Kalyan applications.
